In this video, we explained how creating a single charging station outside bedrooms protects sleep and restores mental health. We demonstrated that environment beats willpower. We outlined six steps including calming the nervous system through breathing, remembering bedrooms are for restoration, recognizing harmful patterns, rewriting old scripts, rewiring habits through seven nights of practice, and experiencing the restful results. We emphasized that phones in bedrooms cause dopamine spikes and sleep disruption while phones outside bedrooms allow deeper healing.
