WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE OF?
Our candles are made with natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and quality fragrances that are phthalate and paraben free.
WHAT SIZE ARE THEY?
They vary from 4, 8, & 12 ounces.
WHAT IS THE BURN TIME?
Depending on various sized candles, they have 20-80 hours of burn time.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship inside the United States only.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Heart & Handmade does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN?
If you order arrives and the candles are broken, send us an email within 24 hours of receiving them. We will need a photo sent to us.
HOW DO YOU OPERATE?
We will have a limited number of candles available. Once they're sold out, that's it. We will not be restocking. We'll be switching over to the next production!
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
If you notice black soot coming from your candle, the wick is too long. Extinguish the flame, allow the wax to harden, and trim the wick to 1/4" before re-lighting.
Discontinue use of candle when there is 1/2" of wax left at the bottom, or if the wick shifts.
*Maximize your candle's burn time with a proper first burn. If the candle is not burned long enough to fully liquify the wax at the edge of the jar, it will create a "memory ring" and continue to tunnel. Do not extinguish the first burn until you have a fully liquid wax pool. -
Katlyn - When Katlyn's not candle making, she fills her days with homemaking, being a wife to her husband, Brad, and leading a small group of teens in Bible study. She also writes Christian Fiction Romance!
Charity - Outside of the candle shop, Charity works as a dental assistant, bakes/sells beautiful cakes, and helps Katlyn with a Bible study small group for teens. She also enjoys running, painting, and snuggling her sweet puppy, Sadie.
