1. WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE OF?
Our candles are made with natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and quality fragrances that are phthalate and paraffin free.
2. WHAT SIZE ARE THEY?
They are vary but our jars are 12 ounces.
3. WHAT IS THE BURN TIME?
Each candle has up to 80+ hours of burn time.
4. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship inside the United States only.
5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Heart & Handmade does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
6. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN?
If you order arrives and the candles are broken, send us an email within 24 hours of receiving them. We will need a photo sent to us.
7. HOW DO YOU OPERATE?
We will have a limited number of candles available. Once they're sold out, that's it. We will not be restocking. We'll be switching over to the next production!
🤍 Important Information 🤍
*If you notice black soot coming from your candle, the wick is too long. Extinguish the flame, allow the wax to harden, and trim the wick to 1/4" before re-lighting.
*Discontinue use of candle when there is 1/2" of wax left at the bottom, or if the wick shifts.
*Maximize your candle's burn time with a proper first burn. If the candle is not burned long enough to fully liquify the wax at the edge of the jar, it will create a "memory ring" and continue to tunnel. Do not extinguish the first burn until you have a fully liquid wax pool.
