Each day in November, you’ll find simple prompts in your email to guide you in stepping back from distractions and plugging into what really matters—your purpose, your people, and God’s presence. It’s about progress, accountability, and the power of small daily choices that lead to lasting change.

P(ractice)A(pply)L(ive) Prompts:

P (Practice)

  • Practice pausing before you reach for your phone — ask yourself: “Do I really need it right now?”

  • Set a short daily no-phone zone (like during meals or mornings) to train your mind to rest.

  • Practice sitting in silence or stillness for five minutes — no scrolling, no distractions — just breathe and be.

A (Apply)

  • Apply boundaries: turn off one unnecessary notification and notice how it changes your focus.

  • Replace one “scrolling moment” with something life-giving — a prayer, a walk, journaling, or talking to someone face-to-face.

  • Use screen time insights to identify where your attention goes most — then redirect it toward what truly matters.

L (Live)

  • Live unplugged for a set block each day and plug in to what’s around you — faith, people, nature, purpose.

  • Live present — make eye contact, listen deeply, and show up fully in conversations.

  • At day’s end, reflect: Did I make more memories or scroll through more moments? Choose memories tomorrow.
