The Unplug to Plug-in Challenge is a 31-day journey designed to help you pause, refocus, and create healthier habits that fuel your faith, mindset, and overall well-being. Each day in November, you’ll find simple prompts in your email to guide you in stepping back from distractions and plugging into what really matters—your purpose, your people, and God’s presence. It’s about progress, accountability, and the power of small daily choices that lead to lasting change.

Take the Unplug to Plug-in 31 Day Challenge in November

P(ractice)A(pply)L(ive) Prompts:

P (Practice)

  • Start your morning without reaching for your phone—take 5 quiet minutes to thank God for three blessings you already have.

  • Keep a “real life gratitude list.” Every time you’re tempted to scroll, jot down something you’re thankful for instead.

  • Practice noticing the small things: a smile, sunshine, a song, a moment of rest. Gratitude often hides in the ordinary.

A (Apply)

  • When you feel comparison creeping in online, pause and ask: “What’s one thing I can thank God for right now?”

  • Replace screen time with thankful time—go on a short walk, pray, or text someone to tell them why you appreciate them.

  • Before posting or scrolling, take a gratitude pause: remind yourself that joy isn’t found in likes, but in the life God’s given you.

L (Live)

  • Live from a mindset of “I already have enough.” Let gratitude be your filter before your feed.

  • Share gratitude out loud—thank a friend, family member, or your church community for the ways they bless you.

  • Make gratitude your lifestyle, not just a list. The more you unplug from distraction, the more clearly you’ll see God’s goodness.
